Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-21. These terms are between Dealnera and the business that signs up (“you”).
The service
Dealnera is a CRM with phone, texting and an AI assistant, on the web and in the iPhone app. Features may change; we tell you before removing one you use.
Your account and team
You are responsible for who you invite and what they do, and for keeping sign-ins secure. Tell us at once about unauthorized use.
Your data
Your records stay yours. We process them only to provide the service, as our privacy policy describes. You can export everything at any time.
The assistant
Suggestions can be wrong; nothing changes until a person accepts it. You decide what to accept.
Calls, texts and consent
You are responsible for following the laws on recording calls and on texting customers (consent, opt-outs, quiet hours) where you and your customers are. Dealnera gives you the tools: recording notices, opt-out handling and texting hours.
Payment
After the free trial, the plan is billed per teammate each month, and phone usage on top. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period paid.
Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful content, attempts to break or overload the service, or reselling it without our agreement.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where we can.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
